1. What happens after my purchase?
You will receive a purchase email confirmation, immediately upon placing your order. Our shipments are processed on weekdays, within 24 hours. You will receive an email update from us once we ship your orders. For orders within Metro Manila, please expect to receive your orders within 3-7 days. For orders outside Metro Manila, please expect to receive your orders within 7-14 days.
2. Can I ask for a return, replace, exchange or refund?
Chicasa Manila does not accept return, replacement, exchange or refund requests of any sold items. Please make sure you've doubled check your orders upon check out.
Damaged Product. We do not offer refunds, but if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged, please notify us within (7) seven days after receipt of item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same product order. We do not offer exchange of defective item to a different product within the store.
Customers are required to provide photos of the product defects and send to abegail@chicasamanila.com within seven (7) days upon receiving the item. After 7 days of receiving the item, customers can no longer request for item replacements for any reasons.
